BOWLING.

TERRACE END CLUB. Owing to the inability of other clubs to arrange play for the touring rinks from Newtown, the Terrace End Bowling Club have received intimation from the Newtown Club's secretary that they regret having to cancel the proposed visit to Terrace End. In view of these altered arrangements the committee of the Terrace End Club have decided to hold a pairs tournament on Good Friday, to which all disengaged bowlers are invited. The drawings will take place on the green at 8.45 a.m As the gr 't'ii will be closed for extensive improvements on Easter Monday, a full muster of the club's members is anticipated.
