THE ROMANOFF TERCENTENARY. A««i —By telegraph—Copyright St. Petersburgh, March 6. Cossacks carried the Tsarevitch into the Kazan Cathedral, where Romanoff service was held. The congregation sat or stood throughout and did not kneel. Immense enthusiasm was shown by enormous crowds in the streets.
