New Zealand were discussed, and a general committee and executive were appointed. A deputation was appointed to wait ■upon the Prime Minister regarding excursion fares for school children desiring to visiting the warship. A school committee was set up to deal -with the visit of children to the ship. Details as to the form of entertainment to the officers and crew were referred to the executive committee, ■which is to report on Wednesday next.
