A COMMONER BLINDED. Press Asen—By Telegraph—Copyright Received 10. 5 p.m. London, Feb. 7. Harben, one of the suffragists ejected for shouting out from the Strangers' Gallery of the House of Commons, had contested Portsmouth in December, 1910. Envelopes marked "private," full of pepper and snuff, continue to reach the Ministers. The Rt. Hon. C. Hobhouse was victimised at Ackland and blinded for two hours.
