HOME RULE AND ULSTER.
EXEMPTON WANTED. WOEFUL WARNING FOR ASQUITH. Press Assn--B.y Telegraph—Copyright Received 11.15 p.m. London, Dec. 30. Nineteen Irish Unionist Commoners have written to Mr Asquith, the Premier, giving notice that they intend to move on the Home Rule report for the exclusion of Ulster. The Jetter explains that while the exclusion of Ulster will not conciliate the Opposition, some grave considerations arise impelling tnem to move the Amendment. A vast body of Ulstermen, regardless of consequences, were prepared to refuse to submit, and although the writers approve of resistance against gross unparalleled tyranny they desire to avert the evils they forsee. They urge the acceptance of the Amendment and solemnly warn the Premier of his heavy responsibility in the event of its rejection.
