Officials who are appointed to act in that capacity are: — Wellington—Mr Mills, of the Presbyterian Orphanage. Christchurch —Mr Rule, the social service agent of the Presbyterian Church. Dunedin—Mr Axelson. Auckland—Mr Shell, formerly of the Mission to Seamen at Wellington.
