Messrs Abraham and Williams, Ltd., report.—At Linton on Tuesday, l?th inst-, we had a very full entry, tUe yards being taxed to their utmost, capacity to accommodate ; the *tock that came forward. A i good attendance of buyers were I present and bidding was brisk, j everything changing hands at the i fallowing quotations : —Good woolly | ewes and lambs 30s Bd, woolly liogi gets lis 3d, mixed 2-tooths 13s 3d to i 14s 3d, 2-tooth wethers 345, aged shorn ewes with lambs all counted 7s 4d, forward cows £4 4s to £4 10s, fat cows £<> Is to £(> ss, light fat cows £5 3s to £5 Bs, 2-year Herei ford steers £5 10s, store cows £3 to I £3 los, 2-year steers £4 17s (id, yearling steers £2 17s fid, 18-mos sjteers £3 j 4s, springing heifers £5 17s 6d to ! £fi, heifers in calf £3 19s fid to £4 I 15s, weaner heifers 30s to 31s (id, j weaner steers 30s to 355, mixed weaners 25s to 27s (id, cows and calves £4 3s.
