SWEET PEA SHOW.

The entries for the National Sweet Pea Society's exhibition on Friday show a considerable increase on last year's. The total received in the specialist classes is 74. Last year there were only 58 in this section. The decorative entries received so far are also excellent, and on the whole everything points to a very successful show. The local committee were engaged yesterday at the A. and P. Produce Hall, Cuba street, where the display is to be held, fixing up the staging and making all necessary arrangements. Exhibitors may deliver their exhibits at the hall this afternoon. In all there will be fiOO feet of decorated tables. The sight will be a gorgeous one. Three large nursery exhibits will be included.
