At Cleveland a huge quantity of >g?soline on an oil barge exploded and bnrst into flames, which spread over the Grayahcga river and completely destroyel the docks. Firemen were ncable to approaoh the conciliation. Five men on board the barge were tjlown to pieces. A tog and other vessels were burnt.
