3 Mr J. Kyle, the retiring president, was presented with a gold watoh by Mr Mills on behalf of the members.
The'Oonncil of the New Zealand Sheep Breeders' Association met yesterday aitemoon. Mr J. G. Wilson presiding. Messrs 0. T. Barriball and Bernard Chambers (H. 8.), were also present. Mr P, A. McHard/ was electad Chairman, owing to the death of the late Mr G. 0. Wheeler. The annual meeting ol the Association was held in the evening. The annual report and balance sheet and draft rules were adopted,
