Gentlemen,-I have thb licuour to submit for your information a review for the ?far ending 24th M:v, 1911, regarding licensing matters. Through the Oroua Licensing District all hotels have been conducted in a most exemplary manner. Two couvictious have been recorded apairsc cue licensee during the past three ypars. In September, 1909, being inexperienced in hntelkeeping, he ceased to hold a license. The district is practically clenn and free from orime. "The Orona Electoral roll shows 5,487 of adult population, hence, taking those figures it gives approximately convictions for drunkenness
