MANAWATU ASSOCIATION MEETING.
A, meeting of the Manawatn FootballJAssooiatlon was held laßt night, Messrs Moore (iu the ohair), Yonng, Snttou, Martin, Oroaoh, Kompson, andDunlop (secretary) being present. Corresponded was raceived from the New Zealaud Football Assooia- J tion re appointment of a delegate to the N.Z. Oounoil and from the N.Z.' Referees' Assooiation, reappointing a referees' assooiation in Manawatn. Messrs Shields and Dnnoan were appoiuted delegates, and Shielda to the Oounoil. The referees matter was left over till next meeting. The following were appointed to the Selection Committee: Messrs Sutton Olanghton, and Rutherford; Mr Clayton convener. It was resolved that all matches shall oommeuce not later than 3 30, the Palmerstou t9amß to start at 3 p.m. In the event of a team arriving later the Assooiation shall have the power to dbduot points from the offending team unless satisfactory explanation is reoeived from soon dab by this Axsooiation. The secretary was instrnoted to prjouie pustoards whioli were tu be sent delegates notifying them of the meetings. The following referees were appointed : May 6: Glen Orona v. Rangers, Mr Olanghton; Jaokeytowu v. Oeltio, Mr Ferbee. May 13: Glen Orona v. Celtic, Mr Olanghton; Feilding v. Rangers, Mr Oigias. The meeting then olosed after other routine boisness had been tranisaoted.
