The Reiohstag has adopted Herr von Ledebour's resolution in favour of making the Imperial Chancellor, Herr von Holwig, responsible to the Reichstag, saoh responsibility to extend to all the Kaiser's political acts and omissions and declaring that the Chancellor's responsibility should be regulated by a State tribunal. The majority was small and included the entire Left, the Poles and a portion of the centre.
