THE FINANCIAL AGREEMENT.
A OAUOUS OF SUPPORTERS,
United Press Association—By Ekotric Telegraph-Copyright. Received Maroh 15, 11.80 p.m. Melbourne, Laßt Night. A caucus of supporters of the State Ministry has decided to vote "Yes" on the financial agreement when it is submitted to the' Federal referendum.
(It is proposed that the Commonwealth should pledge itsolf to pay the State Treasurers 25s per inhabitant per annum, out of the Customs and Esoise revenue).
