The Sf, Petersburg correspondent of the Btely Mail reports that twenty' goiy wreaths were stolen ftoiu the fmperial mausofonm in the fortress of Saints Peter and Pan!, 1 The outrage resembles tfat of the Roskildo Cathedral, Denmark, fn Deoeruber,. wfron gold wreaths were stolen from the graves of' twoDanish Kings fb tlio Roskilde Cathedral. Silver uoi'ns which Alexandra had placed in the tombs of her parents-were also taken. The tomb of the Queen's' mother was rifled, but a goldeu was overlooked. Some of stolen artMes were afterwards solcl for about £9500.
