The Hon. W. H. Gushing, Minister for Works in the provinoe .of Alberta, has resigned. He considers his oolleagues were bested by Mr Pjeipont Morgan's Company purchasing Alberta's great waterways and railway bonds valued at a million and a-half sterling. Mr.Onshiug states he was not consnltod and the Legislature was victimised by finanoial sharks.
