(Prom Onr Own Correspondent.) Yesterday the swimming baths were emptied and oleaued out—some nine or ten days after they were opened. It takes about seven hours to All the baths, and with a dry season, to empty them weekly will bo almost impossible. The usual practice in the four oenties is to only partially empty the baths every third or fourth week and three times during the season it is entirely emptied and whitewashed.
