HEMORRHAGE, NOT DRUNKENNESS. (Press Association). Dunedin, Last Night. A .man namod Samuel Campbell died in the hospital to-night under remarkbie oironmstanoes. On Monday evening he was found in the street in an nnconsoious condition but the Constable arrived at the conoulsion that the man was suffering from intoxioation and arrested him. Next morning it was found impossible to arouse him to bring him before the oourt and after medioal advice had been obtained ho was removed to the hospital, where it was discovered that he was suffering from hemorrhage of brain. Deceasod did not reoover consciousness after the accident, whioh is believed to be due to a fall on the pavement,
