Router's Belgrade corresdondent reports that Britain, France, Germany and Italy have supported Russia in urging Servia to abandon her olaims to territory and autonomy in Bosnia. The Servian Cabinet to-day refused to foi6go the olaim. Received Maroh 4,11,45 p,m, St. Petersburg, Last Night. The Russian Foreign Office has received no formal intimation that Servia will abstain from provocation or has resolved to refer the oase to the arbitrament of the Powers, The Novoo Vremya opposes Austria's olaim that Servia must abandon her claims before the conference ot Powers meets.
