Tliere was eplendid weather for the second game Of the rubber, played at Stratnfield, which, ended in a decisive victory for New South Wales. Bishop was skipper in place of Allnut for the New Zealanders, who were behind at every head at the ccnclnsion and were only up in two rinks and hopelessly down in the remaining two. Bentley could make no headway against Howe's rink, which maintained a lead of twenty nntil the last head. Scores:— Ohegwin, Maynard, Scoullar and Bentley 16; Mackenzie, Bromwick, Phippard and Howe 35. Waddell, Thompson, Ooltman and Goldstein 12; Hale, Elder, Aitken and Reeder 21. Wallace, Smith, Findlay and Hain 21; Searle, Johnston, Morgan and Strong 32. Hastings, Johnston. Allnutt and Bishop 24; Donaldson, Francis, Thorpe and Gelding 22. I Totals: New South Wales 101; New Zealand 83.
