THREATENED STRIKE OVER 12s. Press Association—Copyright. Received Jan. 30, 11.15 p.m. Sydney, Last Night. The Rhondda dispute is over .a matter of 12s, claimed by a'single miner. On the question of paying this amount, the possibility of a general strike rested. The Special Court suggested that the owners should pay the'amount into Court, pending the decision. The owners accepted the suggestion of the' Court, and are now awaiting the mens' acceptance of the proposal. _____
