Hurdle Races —The winner of any hurdle race after the declaration of weights to carry a penalty of 101b, and for every additional race 71b extra. Flat Races —The winner of any flat race after declaration of weights to carry a penalty of 101b, and of every additional race a further penalty of 61b extra. Horses handicapped at Bst 101b and over to carry only half the above penalties. Or, if the handicapper considers it neoeßsary, he may increase the above penalties.
