PENALTIES. Hurdle Eaces—The winner of any hurdle race after the declaration of weights to carry a penalty of 101b, and for every additional race 71b extra. Flat Kaces—The winner of any flat race (excepting Manawatu Cup) after declaration of weights to carry a penalty of 101b, and of every additional race a further penalty of 61b extra. Horses handicapped at Bst 101b and over to carry only half the above penalties. Or, if the handicapper considers it necessary, he may increase the above penalties. Owners are responsible for all penalties and allowances. DATES OF WEIGHTS AND ACCEPTANCES. Weights for first day's races and Manawatu Cup will be declared on or about Friday, 6th Deeember, 1907.
