J. L. Whittingham w as before a bench of justices at Gore to-day on a charge of manslaughter arising out of the death of Mrs Winsloe in a oollision botween accused's trap and a motor car in Maiu street, Gore. Ths Bench decided that the evidence did not- disclose sufficient cause for sending Whittingham for trial by a jury, and dismissed the charge.
