London, Yesterday. Edward May sued the Taff Vale Bail way Co at the Cardiff Assizes for com pensation for the loss of his legs through falling from a train and being run over. The defendants stated that May bought insurance coupons and took three handkerchiefs for bandages, and then lay on the metals and sacrificed his limbs.

A verdict was returned for defendants.
