They are opening a millinery department which will be unequalled in Palmerston North. C. and C. have bought out the business of M. and F. Franca, the well known artistic milliners, apd havo also secured the services of Miss France to take"charge of their millinery Bhpwroom.. This will be a valuable addition to their business as Miss France. 13 a true artist who is familiar with eVery branch of millinery art. Further particulars will be advertised later.
