THIBET CAMPAIGN.
A State Of War.
Per Press Association - Copyright. London, Wednesday. Beplying to Earl Spencrr, the Earl of Hardwicke admitted that we were at war with Thibet.
The Marquis of Lansdowne, Foreign Minister, stated the attacks were made by a few ragged barbarians, and were insufficient to change the avowed policy of the British Government.
A convoy with ammunition and supplies arrived at Gyangtso. These will Buffice for three months.
