FOOTBALL SPORTS.
The sports organised by the Manawatu Rugby Union passed off successfully at the Show Grounds on Saturday. Good entries were secured, and plenty of interest was aroused by the several events, particularly the seven-a-side football tournament. Following are the results:— 100 yds—L. Skelly (10yds) 1, J.
