Press Association—Copyright. Received April 14,11.17 p.m. London, Yesterday. The House of Commons, by 270 to 61, adopted a resolution sanctioning the employment of Indian troops in Thibet. The Nationalists challenged a division but the Liberal leaders did not vote. Sir H, Campbell-Bannerman declared he disliked Colonel Younghusband's mission, and the criticisms elicited from the Government the information that it was not intended to occupy Thibetan territory or send a Resident, but the troops.would be withdrawn as t>.nn as the Mission attained its object A dozen Radicals voted in the minority.
