NOTICE is hereby given that the patents of the Welsbaoh Light Company of Australasia, Limited, are not conhned to incandescent mantles for use with Gas Burners, but extend to mantles used or intended for use with oil or other lamps, and the pubho are warned against making or selling for use with or using with gas, oil or other burners, any Incandescent Mantles which infringe the Company's patents. ' The validity of the Company's patents has lecently heen established in the Supreme Courts of New South Wales and Victoria, and actions are now pending in New Zealand against alleged infringes.
