The claim is illustrated, in some instances, by an abstinence covering ten years. Nicaragua has seized six Caymar Island schooners, which were engaged in turtle fishing, and imprisoned the crews. The British cruiser Ketribution has sailed to investigate the claims of the captains of the schooners, who state they were fishing outside the territorial limit.
