Messrs Brophy and Co,, ftnan,ce, land and insurance agents, have a few words to say ir\ a double column on our front page about the advantages of being practical. '.' Any fi,sh can float down a stream," say they, "oven a dead one, but it takes a live one to swim up." They invite land hungerers to swim up to some of the undoubted bargains which they have to offer, a list of which is given, and is worthy of perusal.
