Englishmen at Blenheim.

All Out For 204.

(Per Press Association.) Blenheim, Friday. The cricket match commenced shortly before midday in a diizzling rain which lasted all day, and at a latter stage of the proceedings, interfered somewhat with tho play. The Englishmen won the toss and went to the wickets, 18 cf the local twenty-two goicg into the field. The weather was in favor of the batsmen, the ball being greasy. At 3.45 p.m. the Englishmen were all out for I 20' i, the principal scorers being—Dowson 9-1, Johneon 28, Leatham 14, Bosanquet 22, Whatman 18. The bowling analysis was :—Watty, three for 37; Greenfield, four for 30; Godfrey, two for 4 ; Horton, one for 35. Marlborough went in, and in a quarter of an hour four wickets bad gone for 4 run?. Stumps were then drawn.
