King Edward slept for nine hours, and partook of a good breakfast. He enjoyed a cigar, and was able fco appreciate the music of 6tnng bands. The leading colonials and South African veterans mavched past the palace, to the review, and the King was extremely anxious to learn all the details of the ceremony. The Queen, on returning at 12,30, found the patient progressing, and again lying on tho couch in the afternoon, the change of position affording rolief. JThere was uninterrupted satisfactory progress up to a late hour last'night.
