Ho will describe the royal tour for that paper. Received, February 18,9.6 a.m. • London, February 12. It is report; d tv-Portsmouth that the King mid Queen intend tv witness the departure of the D,:ke ai.d Duchess of j Cornwall. The Channel .squadron will escort the Ophir from England to Gibraltar, the Mediterranean squadron accompanies the ahip through tho Medierranenn to Malta and Fort Said. The torpedo d.stroyers wiil thai guard the Ophir through the Suez Canal, and the cruisers St. Geor&c and Juno, which will leave England on March 11th, also escort the Koyal .yacht from Suez to Pcritn. There the East Indian squadron takes over the duty and continues to New Guinea, where the Australian squadron takes charge of the convoy to Sydney.
