As he could gire no account of bimsflf, he was taken into custody, several personi harinf complained of his conduct within the prerious few days. The Magistrate said he would consider he was doing the accused a kindness m, sanding him tojgabl, as he admitted htring no work; no money, and no home. Prisoner was thea committed, to Wanganui Gaol for seven days.
