Suriftay; [Received at Sydney after midnight on Monday.] The Roumanian Chamber passed a resolution to authorise security and independence. The Roumanian accounts of the battle of Reni are not yet confirmed. Russian Batteries at Ibriala sunk a Turkish. ironclad with 200 men on board. Official despatches state that Russian troops have arrived at Dadin. Turkish official accounts state the Russian, army corps unsuccessfully attacked entrenchments near Batoun, and w.ere repulsed with a loss of 40,000 men. The British Squadron has been ordered to Port Said.
