"FOMENTING TERROR"

POLISH COMPLAINT

PREMIER DENOUNCES GENERAL. (Rec. 1.15 p.m.) WARSAW, Dec. 30. The polish Prime Minister (M. Morawski) has alleged that agents of General Anders, Polish Com-mander-in-Chief in Italy who refused to retuiv to Poland under the present regime, are fomenting terror throughout Poland. M. Morawski said that they are supplying arms by air to. the "N.S.Z." (formerly called the National Armed Forces), which were originally formed to fight the Nazi occupation and since then have fought against the Communists and the Warsaw Government. Alleging that the "N.S.Z." were responsible for most of ihe criminal acts in Poland, M. Morawski said that the Government had discovered from captured "N.S.Z." officers that there was a liaison between General Anders and the "N.S.Z." He added that all members of this organisation who were captured would be publicly tried.
