(Rec. 11.40 a.m.)' LONDON, Dec. 27. The Lord President of the Council (Mr Herbert Morrison), before his departure from London for Canada, said that his visit was purely friendly. There was no issue involved.' He would like to visit other parts of the Empire similarly when the opportunity permitted.
