EARLY MORNING ARREST

YOUNG MAN IN COURT. ' “This man was arrested at 3.50 o’clock this morning by Constables J. G. Gunn and R. L. McKinnon, with the assistance of two civilians,’’ said Detective-Sergeant Power in the Magistrate’s Court today, when Reginald Holloway, labourer, aged 20, of 130 King Street, was charged that, on November 23, he broke and entered the shop known as the Elmar Studios, in Main Street, with intent to commit a crime. In view of accused’s age, and saying that further enquiries had yet to be made, Mr Power asked that a remand be granted to Wednesday, November 28, and this was granted by Mr J. T. Bosworth, J.P., who was on the Bench.
