JAPAN'S AGRICULTURE
(llec. 1.30 p.m.) TOKIO, Sept. 30. The Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry has announced that it will launch a five-year plan to put military airfields, cavalry pastures and State forests into cultivation. The Domei News Agency reports that a nine-day campaign to clean up Tokio's ruins will begin tomorrow.
