(12.30 p.m.) NEW YORK, Sept, 30. i Nino nationalities are now involved in the Indo-China disturbances, in which 319 are known to ha,ve been killed and 234 wounded in the first week's battling with mortars, machineguns and grenades, reports the Associated Press correspondent in Saigon. It is estimated that 20,000 Annamites, of whom 15.000 are believed to be armed, are massed northward of Saigon. An unestimated number of armed Annamites are massing along the main roads to the southward.
