MANAWATU HEADS
(From Our Own Correspondent.) Mrs Chalk, of Palmerston North, who has just returned from a visit to her son, who lives north of Dargaville, is spending a few days with Mr and Mrs D, Reid before 'settling down in her own home again. Petty-Officer N. Ogden,' of Auckland, "who has been engaged in minesweeping, is spending a few days' leave with Mr and Mrs P. J. Robbie. Mrs L. Robbie and family, of Palmerstou i North; have returned home after spending a holiday with Mr and Mrs P. J. i Robbie.
