(Rec. 1.30 p.m.) BOMBAY, Sept. 28. More knife plav in the Hindu-Moslem riots has brought the number killed to 19 and the injured to 80. says the Associated Press correspondent. The leaders of both groups are exerting pressure to eiid the conflict. Oreanised rioting was expected this afternoon, but it did not develop. The Moslem leaders publicly urged the Moslems to hasten home from the prayer meetings. Heavy police concentrations guarded the mosques. See "Rioting in Bombay".—Page 5.
