A.N.A. CLUB
The women’s branch of the Labour Party serviced the A.N.A. canteen during the week-end and served 81 teas and four suppers. The hostesses were "Mesdo-rnes D Watson, E Mair, and M. Chadwick. Mrs J. W. Rntherfurd and Miss D’Ath decorated the tables with Iceland poppies and the lounge with bowls of japonic* and spring bulbs. ’1 he hostesses at the ballroom in Ceorgc Street yesterday . were Mcsdamcs J. H. Whyte, R, E. Gaisford, Iv. Innes and Miss E. Bosworth. they were assisted by Mcsdamcs P-tdc and J. A. Grant, Mr. Grant and Colonel Whyte. Games were conducted by Miss V. Royal. Misses N. Mining and B. Corstom were the girl hostesses and drinks wore served bv Miss M. Warren. A Monte Carlo dance was won by Miss N. Rogers and OrdinarySeaman G. Blakemore.
