Prol'esssor Laski, chairman of the central executive of the British Labour Party, addresssing 150,000 Danes at an open-air meeting of tho Social Democratic Congress, said the capitalistic system had had its day. Now it was Socialism's turn to begin rebuilding for equality, freedom and a higher standard of living. "We, with the co-operation of Denmark and other countries, shall not fail," he said.
