fPress Assn.) WELLINGTON. July 5. •\ price order was gazetted tonight affecting the sale of spirits and fixing the prices. The order states that when the quantity of spirits contained in a drink is less than full standard measure the maximum price shall be sixpence. A full standard measure of spirits will cost tenpence each. When flavouring or diluting ingredients are added no extra charge shall be made. The definition of “standard measure” given in the order is that it shall be one-forty-second part of a reputed quart ' and the liquors affected arc whisky, rum, brandy and gin.
