RUSSIANS REDUCING FORCES. (Rec. 11 a.m.) PRAGUE. July 4 M. dementis, the Acting-Foreign Minister, lias announced that the Russians have given the Czechs an assuiance that they are reducing the occupation forces in Czechoslovakia to 90,-000 by July 15. The Czech Government has also requested the Americans to consider withdrawing from the country.
