FAMILY EVICTED
ILLEGAL OCCUPATION (Press Assn.) AUCKLAND, July 4 ' Th e first eviction of a family f? r illegally occupying a State house in Auckland was carried out today by bailiffs acting under a Court order The evicted man. Ins wife, and tlncc young children moved into a house in Premier Avenue, Point Chevalier, without authority, a .day or so attci the former tenant left about six months “"Proceedings were taken by the State Advances Corporation and a E.utt orier resulted in the family’s furniture and effects being deposited on the footpath, some being still theie tonight. The family had moved to Auckland from another town some time befoul the illegal occupation.
