Rugby.—The Foreign Secretary (Mr Eden) has announced that a new Ethiopian agreement replacing that of January 31, 1942, was signed in Addis Ababa on Tuesday' bv the Ethiopian Prime Minister and Lord Warr on behalf of the British Government.
